This deceptively simple handbag exquisitely displays fabric and hardware at their minimalist best - the embroidered linen blend fabric needs no other embellishment. I indulged in a beautiful red silk dupioni for the lining and the 'antique gold' zipper and hardware are a perfect compliment to both fabrics. The base of the bag is faux leather (vinyl); the straps are faux leather on one side, silk dupioni on the other. The interior of the bag has a small zipper pocket.
The bag has a wide base so you can fit most anything in - but don't! It's handmade and not meant for heavy loads.
This is a handbag and does not come with a crossbody or shoulder strap.

Spot clean only – use very gentle detergent and a soft cloth; do not put in washing machine or dryer. CAUTION: If you choose to use an iron to remove any creases from the embroidered exterior, please use a pressing cloth and be very careful to not touch the faux leather straps or base as they will melt. To maintain shape when not in use, stuff the bag with tissue paper or a small rolled towel. Expect normal wear and tear with use. Please handle with care.
