Have you ever been stuck? Maybe you're doing the same thing over and over again, and you feel as if you're not moving forward. Maybe you're going against your training or your gut. Maybe it's fear keeping you stuck or maybe you're simply overthinking whatever it is you're doing! This is what led me to being stuck in traffic and made me realize it was a metaphor for my life!
